Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, customs review, weather, public holidays, address issues and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete deliverable address and monitoring tracking updates. An order may be split into separate packages. When this happens, each package may receive its own tracking information and arrive at a different time.

Customs and Import Charges
